Q: I am a total beginner, could I benefit from the laptop Repair course?

A: Absolutely! Laptop repair is all about gaining experience. Like any business, you have to start at the beginning, but it will not take long to get into the nitty gritty business of laptop repair.

We recommend you initially pick up a couple of cheap spares or repair laptops for practise. You will soon find that once you have got used to stripping down a few you will gain more and more confidence and in turn start making some decent money.

Q: Would I benefit from taking the PC course as well as the laptop course?

A: If you have absolutely no experience in repairing computers, it would probably be a good idea to familiarise yourself with repairing PCs, although it is not essential, a lot of people start off with PCs before moving on to laptops.

Q: When I buy any of your products is there any after-sales support?

A: Unlike a lot of people who have made an attempt at copying our courses and selling them cheap on internet. We offer full support to our buyers, no matter how long ago they bought the product. if you need help you can contact us through our email support.

Q:Can you recommend a good place to advertise my new business?

A: You can start with your local newspaper and free internet forums. We cover this subject extensively in the course.

Q: Is there a yearly or monthly membership for the members area?

A: No! When you buy any of the courses you get free lifetime membership.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: We ship all over the world.

Q: Can i take the class online?,

A: Yes all you need is a computer with internet connection

Q: Can i download the course to my computer?

A: Yes you can download the course, print & study at your own pace, We realized that some countries do not have a reliable internet connection so we make the course available in a pdf format for all our students

Q: Do I need any special tools for the laptop course?

A: Nothing special! You may even have some of what you need right now.

Q: I noticed some people selling a laptop course on internet for $4.99, $8.95, etc. etc. Are these the same as what you are selling?

A: There is no comparison! Most of them are just selling a bunch of service manuals which I add to the course as an aid. They claim to have started in the business themselves and are making a lot of money from it. Ask them a support question and see how far you get. I have put together a complete business, and get pleasure from the fact that a lot of the people who have bought from me are now actually making money from my course.
